Monday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (afternoon by appointment only)
Tuesday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch)
Wednesday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch)
Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch)
Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch)
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone 941-371-0111 or email at centergatechiro@verizon.net. Walk in appointments are welcome and weekend appointments are available upon request. (Massage therapy is available Tuesday through Friday)
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
We happily accept Medicare, we are in network providers for Cigna. We are also out of network providers for most other insurance companies.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
