Monday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesday Patient hours from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Thursday CLOSED. Patients may be seen be appointment only
Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

School sports physicals and school entry physicals are available on a walk basis or by appointment.
Walk in Chiropractic appointments are welcome for established patients and weekend appointments are available upon request. Massage therapy is availbale by appointment only at this time.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
We happily accept Car Insurance for those injured in motor vehicle accidents, Medicare, we are in network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield , Cigna, United Health Care , Beech Street. We are also out of network providers for most other insurance companies.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
