We offer school physicals for children entering the Florida School System and also School Sports Physicals which are required yearly in order for you children to participate in organized sports.
We do provide the appropriate paperwork for the above listed physicals, the school or coach may provide additional information for you to complete.
We also can provide physicals for most college entry, it is best to call the office in this case as some nursing schools do not except our physical exams.
Our physicals are offered by appointment or on a walk in basis. We provide physicals at anytime through out the year.
